About
Esteban Carrillo is Director of the Costa Rican Space Agency, the Agencia Espacial Costarricense, and Executive Director and President of the Costa Rica Aerospace Cluster, working out of San Jose. He is responsible for the majority of aerospace standard implementation in Costa Rica, AS9100 and NADCAP among them, and for carrying that knowledge across Latin America. His current work includes a maintenance, repair and overhaul ecosystem in Guanacaste. At Stardust he joins the advisory board with a worldwide brief and a Latin American focus, alongside our programmes in Costa Rica.
