World Space Week is the largest space event on Earth: thousands of events in over 90 countries, declared by the United Nations, and open to everyone. This year's theme is the Rocket Revolution. Run an activity, anywhere, and add it to the official calendar.
World Space Week is coordinated by the World Space Week Association with the support of the United Nations, and it is open to everyone: you do not need Stardust, or any platform, to take part. Stardust's founder and CEO, Jason Michaud, is the World Space Week National Coordinator for Canada, appointed by the Association in August 2026, and Stardust runs its own World Space Week activities, which are listed on this page and submitted to the official global calendar. Members who take part get 90 days of Stardust Plus: claim it here.
A talk, a rocket build, a stargazing night, a classroom challenge on the Rocket Revolution theme. Any school, club, library, museum or family can run one. Register it on the official calendar and it is part of the world record of the week.
Every World Space Week activity, in every country, goes on the official calendar at worldspaceweek.org. It takes a few minutes, it is free, and it needs no platform.
